Cloackit prohibits using the Service or our infrastructure to send spam, and sends you only the communications described here.

What we send you

Transactional emails (verification, security, billing, and important account or service notices). You may receive product updates, which you can opt out of where applicable.

Your obligations

You may not use the Service, your hosted pages, or any contact data to send unsolicited bulk email/SMS, to harvest contacts, or to violate anti-spam laws (e.g. CAN-SPAM, GDPR/ePrivacy).

Enforcement

Spam-related abuse may result in suspension or termination. Report spam originating from the Service to abuse@cloackit.com.
