Filing a notice

To report infringing material hosted on the Service, send a notice including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• Identification and location (URL) of the allegedly infringing material.
• Your contact information.
• A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice with equivalent information.

Repeat infringers

We may terminate accounts that are repeat infringers.
